We are only a PPO provider for the following:

Our office takes CareCredit @12m 0% only. For patients with no insurance, we offer a 5% cash discount on cash or check only. We offer a 20% senior discount to all patients over the age of 65. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Dr. Fender is not a Medicare provider so we unfortunately cannot file that for you. However, we encourage all Medicare patients to file for reimbursement.
